Baan Hin Sai Resort & Spa, Chaweng (Koh Samui)

My stay was quite mixed at this resort. While the beautiful surroundings and well-maintained pools were highlights, I had some major concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms and the lack of security. The food options were decent, but overall, it felt like there were several areas that needed improvement to enhance my experience.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel, with stunning sea views and a beautiful pool area that felt so relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us. However, the dining options were somewhat lacking, as the restaurant wasn't open often, and the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, making it a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a peaceful retreat, but some areas need improvement.

During my week-long stay, the hotel had some redeeming qualities, primarily the amazing staff who made me feel welcomed. However, the high cost of the accommodation compared to the quality left much to be desired.
